Home Theater Todd Lakes Ii

The owners of this home in Todd Lakes II envisioned their unfinished basement as a state-of-the-art in home theater. Consulting with our designers and coordinating with the homeowners theater experts, we created a Hollywood-worthy private screening room. To ensure that the space had a theater feel, we built a raised platform with maple wood nosing to create bi-level seating. Adding rope lighting under the platform lip gives the illusion of real theater lighting.

Features include:

Coffered ceilings
Crown, chair rail, and picture frame mouldings
Pull up counter seating built to owner spec
Niche built-in space with granite surface and custom cabinetry

Custom lighting fixture in a newly remodeled basement
