Kristan Lee is the company general contractor for the office. Certified in Quickbooks and a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Commission Salesperson, Lee ensures that the Lynch sales staff, construction crews, and design teams focus on servicing the clients instead of the managing the office. Lee also lends her hand as a mentor and committee member for The Homecoming Project, a non-profit addiction and alcoholism treatment center in Bel Air, where she also helps plan and facilitate fundraisers to support the charity as a sustainable resource in Harford County.
