Donald F. Lynch Jr
President
Donald F. Lynch, Jr. proudly carries his father’s name and reputation as a quality home builder and remodeler. Only a teenager when his father, Donald F. Lynch, Sr. passed away, Donald, Jr. continued the legacy his father started in 1958 and propelled Lynch Design | Build, Inc. into the company we know today.
Past President and board member of the Homebuilders Association of Maryland Remodelers Council, Lynch, Jr. was named HBAM Remodeler of the Year in 2008 “In Recognition of Excellence in Professionalism, Construction, Customer Service and Contributions to the Industry.” Lynch Jr. is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist and holds Certified Graduate Remodeler Status. His work has been honored by receiving dozens of Awards of Excellence from HBAM and other remodeling associations.
Lynch, Jr. is also devoted to civic work that improves the conditions in his community, including providing housing for low-to-moderate-income families and helping raise development funds for academic and civic institutions. You’ll frequently find him sponsoring local events and attending fundraisers in Harford County. His passion for investing in his local community drives his design & build initiatives—he believes everyone deserves a beautiful home they can call their own.
Donald F. Lynch III
Executive Supervisor and Customer Service Manager
Donald Lynch III is the third generation of Lynch homebuilders, the eldest son of Donald F. Lynch, Jr. and his wife Mary Sue. Working for years alongside his father, Lynch III joined the family business after graduating from John Carroll High School. Now, he’s one of the main drivers and decision-makers within the company, fueled by his passion for seeing luxury projects carried through from inception to completion.
A Certified Residential Project Specialist and an EPA Certified Renovator (RRP), Lynch III has also studied Green Building for Professionals offered by the National Association of Home Builders, professional CAD design, and software-based construction and remodeling drafting.
Lynch III provides hands-on client support, making sure our homeowners understand and are comfortable with their new construction or remodeling project from start to finish. His attentiveness has gained him a worthy reputation, like his predecessors, for his professionalism, honesty, and work ethic. He loves working alongside his father to uphold the values and ideals the family business was built on.
