Lynch Design | Build is looking for a skilled and highly motivated administrative assistant to join our team. Their role will include answering the phone, talking with clients to understand their project goals, and empathizing with their unique situations. The administrative assistant will also be responsible for setting up client appointments, making follow-up calls with internet leads, overseeing clerical tasks, maintaining files, and managing the office inventory. The administrative assistant will be an essential part of our team in charge of keeping the office running smoothly and helping us achieve our business goals.

Time Requirements: Full-Time

Location: Churchville, Maryland

Qualifications and Experience:

Because the administrative assistant will be an integral part of client interaction and communication, qualities including superior interpersonal, organizational and time management skills are required. In addition, experience with project management software, Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
