Lynch Design | Build is looking for a skilled, experienced and highly motivated project manager to join our team. Their role will be to plan and supervise a variety of construction projects from beginning to end, overseeing all aspects of the building process and ensuring deadlines are met. Main responsibilities include project planning, time and risk management, creating benchmarks for your team and the project, managing the budget of the project, and managing relationships with team members and clients.
As a project manager, you will be working closely with architects, construction companies, interior designers, and other members of our team to ensure projects are running smoothly, within budget and within scope. Projects managed will be mostly residential, with a possibility of working on commercial projects. Requirements include experience in construction management and in-depth knowledge of regulations and permit requirements. We’re looking for a highly organized individual with the ability to plan ahead and multi-task. The ideal candidate would be customer-service oriented, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hold strong written and verbal communication skills.
