Lynch Design | Build is looking for motivated, reliable, and outgoing personalities to join our Sales team. The role will consist of conducting company-supplied sales appointments. In these appointments, sales representatives will speak with clients about remodeling projects. The employee will listen to the needs of the customer and offer solutions needed to facilitate project parameters. The employee will also be responsible for job pricing, measuring and any follow up that may be necessary to close the deal and assist homeowners through the project lifecycle.
We are looking for individuals who are personable, detail-oriented, and eager. External sales experience, construction sales experience, or construction experience is a must. Growth opportunities available.
- Maintains responsibility for performance of all sales activities assigned
- Strives to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions
- Provides strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals
- Continually analyzes the sales process to refine and improve its success
- Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Maintains client records.
