CAPS-Certified Bel Air Bathroom Remodel

The large master suite was upgraded with some dramatic focal points. The master bath now boasts a brand-new personality. A walk-in shower with ample seating and space makes it accessible for seniors choosing to age in place. A tasteful combination of neutral tiles adds depth and personality to this custom shower. The clean symmetry of the bathroom means his and hers vanities are on opposing walls, giving each person their own space.
Through creative space rearranging, the homeowners were also able to achieve the ultimate in organization and convenience with custom walk-in closets for him and her, as well as a sparkling new laundry room on the second floor. The space feels like comfort within reach.
Construction and Remodel Process
We redesigned the master bedroom and bathroom to add a second-floor laundry room and larger closets. This process included installing marble top vanities, chrome fixtures, his-and-hers showers and closets, a double vanity, frosted glass windows, and pocket doors for privacy. We also implemented a separate water closet.
In the bedroom, we installed a beverage center, custom craftsman-style trim work behind the bed, and a floating sconce for reading light. We also installed brand-new hardwood floors.
In the laundry room, we installed a farm sink, windows for more natural light, marble countertops, a patterned tile floor, and a closet for maximum storage.
