Lynch Design | Build can make your homes vision come to life:

Our team serves locations throughout Maryland, most notably Harford County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Cecil County, Howard County, and Anne Arundel County.

We specialize in extensive and large-scale home projects such as whole-house remodels, home additions, and exterior renovations. We have also accommodated clients’ visions for a new build.

The Lynch team takes a hands-on approach to planning your home project. We will help guide our clients through the planning process with thorough discussion and meticulous attention to detail so there is no confusion about aesthetics, budgets and timelines.

Your House Location Drawing shows the location of physical improvements in relation to the property lines and the relationship to adjoining properties. Company History

A family-built business, Donald F. Lynch started Lynch Construction in 1958 with the intention of offering quality and reliable home design, remodeling, and construction services to Maryland residents. Only a teenager when his father passed away, Donald, Jr.–current President of Lynch Design | Build–continued the legacy his father started. Proudly carrying his father’s name and reputation as a quality home builder and remodeler, Donald Lynch, Jr. grew the company into what it is today and continues to serve homeowners, families and our local community.
